I accept returns within 14 days of purchase if items are damaged.
I do not accept returns on personalised items.
To initiate a return, please email dianebarker65@hotmail.com and include the following information:
- Your name
- The item purchased
- The date of purchase
- The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt)
- The reason for requesting a return - please include photos of the damage.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please return it in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email dianebarker65@hotmail.com with any questions or concerns.
