SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DianeBarker.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I accept returns within 14 days of purchase if items are damaged.

I do not accept returns on personalised items.

To initiate a return, please email dianebarker65@hotmail.com and include the following information:

Your name.

The item purchased.

The date of purchase.

The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt).

The reason for requesting a return - please include photos of the damage.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please return it in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
